Position Categories & Compensation Packages

1. Outstanding Position

• Title: Full Professor and Doctoral Supervisor

• Honors: Eligible for appointment as Chief Professor of Huazhong Excellent Scholar

• Salary: No less than USD 150,000 per annum

• Benefits: First-class research facilities, comprehensive support, and negotiable terms on a case-by-case basis.

2. Leading Position

• Title: Full Professor and Doctoral Supervisor

• Honors: Eligible for Distinguished Professor of Central China Excellence Scholar

• Salary: USD 100,000 – USD 150,000 per annum

• Benefits: Research start-up funds and settling-in allowances commensurate with the position level.

3. Top-tier Position

• Employment: Public institution tenure track / employment

• Salary: No less than USD 100,000 per annum

• Benefits: Research start-up funds and settling-in allowances.
