Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

• Hold a Ph.D. or expect to complete their Ph.D. before September 2027.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to publishing research in leading management and disciplinary journals.

• Have an excellent research profile with the potential for international impact.

• Possess effective teaching skills for an international student body.

For senior applicants, prior teaching experience in leadership or related subjects is desirable but not mandatory.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected faculty member will:

• Conduct high-quality, internationally recognized research.

• Teach undergraduate, master's, MBA, and executive education programmes.

• Contribute to HEC Paris' research initiatives, including work connected with the Naos Lab for Leadership.

• Engage in academic service and departmental activities.

• Collaborate with faculty members across research and teaching initiatives.

Note: All teaching is conducted in English. Knowledge of French is not required.
