About the Opportunity

BITS School of Management (BITSOM), a new-age global business school established under the aegis of BITS Pilani, is inviting applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions across multiple levels: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor.

BITSOM offers a two-year, full-time residential MBA program backed by a global faculty model and a research-driven environment inspired by BITS Pilani's six-decade legacy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. (or near completion) from a reputed national or international institution

• Teaching & Research: Demonstrated high-quality teaching capability (if applicable) and a strong record or potential for publishing high-impact research

• Senior Roles (Associate & Full Professor): Candidates must have a proven track record of impactful research published in reputed academic/research journals (such as UTD 24 or FT 50 lists), alongside leadership in institution-building and teaching excellence.
