BITS School of Management (BITSoM), under the aegis of BITS Pilani, invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at its Mumbai Metropolitan Region campus.

Applications are open for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor.

About BITSoM

BITSoM is a new-age global business school established under the aegis of BITS Pilani. The School offers a two-year, full-time residential MBA programme focused on developing future-ready business leaders.

Its academic environment brings together resident and visiting faculty from leading business schools worldwide while promoting high-quality teaching, impactful research and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Hold a PhD or be nearing completion at a reputed institution

• Demonstrate the ability to undertake high-quality research

• Provide evidence of effective teaching, wherever applicable

Candidates applying for Associate Professor or Professor positions should have a record of impactful research published in reputed academic journals, including journals listed in the UTD 24 or FT50 rankings. Strong teaching credentials and contributions to institution-building are also expected.
