Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), a prestigious AACSB-accredited business school located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions in the Operations & Decision Sciences (ODS) area. The institute is looking for accomplished academicians and industry professionals with strong teaching and research credentials.

Position Details

• Positions: Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor

• Area: Operations & Decision Sciences (ODS)

• Job Type: Regular Full-Time

• Location: Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

• Reporting To: Area Head & Dean Academics

Key Responsibilities

The selected faculty members will:

• Teach core and elective courses in Operations & Decision Sciences.

• Develop, update, and review course materials and curriculum.

• Design and evaluate assessments, including examinations and grading.

• Mentor and advise students on academic and professional development.

• Publish high-quality research in reputed journals.

• Participate in institutional development, administrative responsibilities, and community outreach.

• Promote industry-academia collaboration through consulting and research initiatives.

Candidates with a strong background in Statistics will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have:

• Ph.D./FPM in Management or a related discipline, preferably with expertise in Statistics, from a recognized university/institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.

• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D./FPM thesis and are awaiting the award of the degree are also eligible to apply.

• University Rank Holders will be given preference.

• Industry professionals with prior teaching experience and familiarity with modern teaching tools are encouraged to apply.

• Applicants should possess a PGDM/MBA degree.

• Salary and allowances as per AICTE norms (7th Pay Commission).
