Location: Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Reporting To: Area Head & Dean Academics

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected faculty members will be responsible for:

• Teaching core and elective courses in Operations & Decision Sciences.

• Developing, updating, and reviewing curriculum and course materials.

• Designing assessments, examinations, and grading systems.

• Mentoring and advising students on academic and professional development.

• Conducting high-quality research and publishing in reputed journals.

• Participating in institutional development, administrative responsibilities, and outreach initiatives.

• Promoting industry-academia collaboration through consulting and research activities.

Note: Candidates with a Statistics background will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• Ph.D./FPM in Management or a related discipline with specialization in Statistics from a recognized institution in India or abroad.

• Candidates with at least two years of teaching experience will be preferred.

• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D./FPM thesis and are awaiting the award may also apply. Such candidates will initially be appointed as Academic Associates until the degree is awarded.

• Preference will be given to University Rank Holders.

• Industry practitioners with prior teaching experience (offline and online) and familiarity with modern teaching tools are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates should possess a PGDM/MBA degree.
