1. FACULTY POSITIONS

Roles: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor Areas:

1. Finance
2. Marketing
3. Human Resources (HR)
4. Analytics and Data Science

Qualifications & Eligibility:

A. Assistant Professor:

• Ph.D. in the relevant area from NIRF top-ten ranked institutes/universities/IITs/IIMs.
• MBA or equivalent from IITs/IIMs and any top 20 NIRF ranked institutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching/industry experience is appreciated.
• Research: Preference given to candidates with outstanding research credentials (At least two ABDC-B / Scopus Q1 publications in 2025).

B. Associate Professor:

• Ph.D. from top-ranked institutes (IITs/IIMs/NIRF Top 10).
• Experience: Minimum 8 years teaching/research/industrial experience, of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor post-PhD.
• Experience in supervising Ph.D. scholars will be appreciated.
• Research: Total 6 research publications in ABDC/ABS journals in the last 5 years.
