About the Role

Birkbeck is seeking an Associate Lecturer to join its teaching team and support the delivery of the Organizational Behaviour module during the upcoming academic year.

The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering high-quality teaching and enhancing students' understanding of organizational behaviour theories and their practical applications in contemporary workplaces.


Module Information

Module: Organizational Behaviour

Teaching Commitment:

  • Approximately 3 hours per week

  • Teaching period of 9 weeks

  • Teaching schedule:

    • Thursday: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

    • Thursday: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM


Key Responsibilities

The appointed Associate Lecturer will:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in Organizational Behaviour.

  • Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and learning activities.

  • Facilitate discussions and encourage student participation.

  • Support students' academic development and learning outcomes.

  • Contribute to module delivery and assessment activities.

  • Maintain high standards of teaching and student engagement.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within Birkbeck Business School.
