Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Ph.D. in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a closely related discipline.

• Strong academic and research foundation in robotics and automation.

• Ability to contribute effectively to teaching, research and academic development.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating:

• Strong teaching capabilities in robotics and allied engineering areas.

• Active research profile with quality publications.

• Experience contributing to funded research projects.

• Industry collaboration and applied research experience.

• Ability to develop interdisciplinary research initiatives.

• Experience in curriculum and laboratory development.

Key Responsibilities

Selected Assistant Professors will be expected to:

• Teach courses in Robotics, Control Systems, AI/ML, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems and Autonomous Systems.

• Conduct active and high-quality academic research.

• Publish research findings in reputed journals and conferences.

• Contribute to funded research projects and industry collaborations.

• Participate in curriculum development.

• Support establishment and management of laboratories.

• Mentor and guide students.

• Contribute to NBA/NAAC accreditation activities.

• Participate in academic administration.

• Coordinate research, outreach and institutional activities.
