Vacancy Distribution

• Two Guest Teacher positions

• One position reserved for candidates under the OH category of Persons with Disabilities

Essential Qualification

Applicants should possess:

• A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent grade, in the concerned, relevant or allied subject from a recognised Indian university.

• An equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university may also be considered.

• Candidates must have qualified the NET conducted by UGC or an equivalent examination such as SLET/SET.

Candidates awarded a PhD in accordance with the applicable UGC regulations may be exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement, subject to the conditions mentioned in the official advertisement.

Honorarium

The selected candidates will receive:

• INR 1,500 per lecture

• Maximum honorarium of INR 50,000 per month

Duration of Appointment

The appointment will remain valid until the end of the academic session 2026–27 or until a General Selection Committee is conducted, whichever occurs earlier.

The university may terminate the engagement at any time without prior notice or assigning a reason.
