The successful candidate will join the Information Systems & Operations Management Group, delivering high-quality teaching and contributing to pedagogic scholarship in areas including:

• Operations Management

• Project Management

• Business Improvement

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

• Design, develop, and assess course modules in Operations and Project Management.

• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous enhancement of teaching quality.

• Support student learning, mentoring, and academic development.

• Engage in teaching-related scholarship and pedagogical innovation.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the Information Systems & Operations Management Group.

Essential Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A strong academic background in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Improvement, or a closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum delivery.

• Commitment to innovative, student-centred learning.

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to contribute to pedagogic scholarship and academic service activities.
