Faculty Positions Available

Applications are invited for the following posts:

• Assistant Professor (Grade I & II)
• Associate Professor
• Professor

Academic Areas

Faculty members are sought in all disciplines of science, mathematics, and interdisciplinary areas, with preference given to candidates with outstanding research records and teaching excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• Proven track record of research publications in reputed journals.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching and mentoring students.
• Additional requirements as per the position:
• Assistant Professor (Grade II): Fresh Ph.D. with strong research potential.
• Assistant Professor (Grade I): Minimum 3 years of post-doctoral experience.
• Associate Professor: At least 6 years of teaching/research experience at the level of Assistant Professor.
• Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience with evidence of leadership in research.

Pay Structure

Faculty appointments will follow the 7th CPC pay matrix with allowances as per Government of India norms.

• Professor: Academic Level 14A
• Associate Professor: Academic Level 13A2
• Assistant Professor Grade I: Academic Level 12
• Assistant Professor Grade II: Academic Level 10 / 11 (based on post-Ph.D. experience)
