Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Professor

• Ph.D. with first class in preceding degrees.
• Min. 10 years post-Ph.D. experience (4 years as Associate Professor in IIM/IIT/IISc/NITIE/IISER or equivalent).
• Strong publication record: Minimum 2 A*/A** or equivalent.

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. with first class in preceding degrees.
• Min. 6 years post-Ph.D. experience (3 years as Assistant Professor).
• Publication requirement: Minimum 1 A*/A** or equivalent.

Assistant Professor Grade-I

• Ph.D. with first class in preceding degrees.
• Min. 3 years post-Ph.D. experience.
• Publication requirement: Minimum 1 A or 2 B category papers.

Assistant Professor Grade-II (Level 11)

• Ph.D. with more than 1 year post-Ph.D. experience.

Assistant Professor Grade-II (Level 10)

• Fresh Ph.D. holders or those with less than 1 year post-Ph.D. experience.

Professor/Associate Professor of Practice

• Minimum 20 years of relevant industry/government experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level.
• Ph.D. desirable but not mandatory (must have substantial domain expertise).
• Appointment up to 5 years (renewable annually).

Senior Consultant

• Postgraduate/Ph.D. with 20+ years of experience in academia or industry.
• Age: 55–70 years.
• Consolidated salary: ₹ 1,50,000/month + allowances.
• Role includes teaching, heading centres, conducting MDPs, and organizing conferences.
