Eligibility & Qualifications

📍 Assistant Professor:
🔹 Fresh PhDs (ABDs can also apply; offers will be conditional on PhD completion) or experienced Assistant Professors.
🔹 Demonstrated ability to publish in A-category journals (FT50, ABDC A*).

📍 Associate Professor:
🔹 6-7 years of academic experience (industry experience is a plus).
🔹 Strong teaching evaluations for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
🔹 Multiple publications in FT50, ABDC A, and A journals*.
🔹 Evidence of a solid research pipeline.

📍 Full Professor:
🔹 10+ years of academic experience, with industry exposure preferred.
🔹 Proven excellence in teaching at UG, PG, and executive education levels.
🔹 High-impact research with multiple FT50, ABDC A, and A journal* publications.
🔹 Strong Google Scholar citations and evidence of a good research pipeline.

📍 Practice Professors (Associate/Full Professor Level):
🔹 Significant industry experience with strong communication skills.
🔹 Willingness to teach degree programs and executive education courses aligned with their expertise.
🔹 Evidence of strong teaching skills (e.g., high teaching evaluations).
🔹 Encouraged to contribute to media writing (print/digital) and industry-focused research.
🔹 Preference for candidates with research training (e.g., PhDs/FPMs from premier institutions who have industry experience and want to transition into academia).
