Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with a strong academic background. Relevant teaching, research, and/or industry experience as specified in the recruitment guidelines is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Faculty members will receive attractive pay scales in accordance with the 7th CPC, starting from:
- Professor: ₹1,59,100 – ₹2,20,200
- Associate Professor: ₹1,39,600 – ₹2,11,300
- Assistant Professor (Grade I): ₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400
Additional benefits include LTC, medical reimbursement, education allowance for children, faculty development grants, and support for attending national and international conferences.
