Eligibility & Qualifications
For Assistant Professor:
- PhD (awarded) in a relevant field from a reputed institution
- Minimum 3 publications in Scopus / ABDC / ABS journals
- At least 3 years of post-PhD teaching experience
For Associate Professor:
- PhD (awarded) in a relevant field from a reputed institution
- Minimum 7 publications in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC/ABS)
- At least 8 years of teaching experience (including 5 years post-PhD)
Desirable Credentials
Candidates with the following will be given preference:
- Active administrative or research coordination roles
- Funded research or consultancy projects
- Invited talks, editorial board memberships, and academic awards
- Strong industry-academia interface through training or case development
- Commitment to student mentoring and experiential learning
