Job Description:
BIMTECH invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor with a specialization in
Strategy. The successful candidate will contribute in educating the next generation of business leaders, advancing research in the field, and contributing to the institution’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultancy and Research Projects:
Explore, secure, and manage consultancy or research projects in the field of Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship & CSR.
Collaborate with industry partners and organizations to bring real-world challenges to the students and generate valuable insights through research.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Strategic Management (Strategy Area).
Fresh PhD’s are also encouraged to apply.
Few years of Teaching experience will be preferred.
Strong commitment to team work & institute building activities.
Proven ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Teaching and Course Development:
Deliver Strategy Area related courses like Strategic Management, Design Thinking,
Business Simulation & other courses of the Area.
Contributes to active teaching during an academic year, ensuring engaging and studentcentered learning experiences.
Contribute to the development and improvement of curriculum in the Strategy area.

Research and Publications:
Publish research papers in reputed journals, in compliance with the Institute’s policy.
Actively engage in scholarly activities, such as Conference presentations, Articles, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field.

Institution Building:
Participate and lead activities that contribute to the Institution’s growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues of Strategy Area to enhance the performance of the Area.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Director; Dean of Academics, Area Chair or the competent authority, which may include other academic, or Institution related responsibilities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Area and the institution.

BIMTECH, Greater Noida, invites applications for Faculty positions from exceptionally bright and motivated candidates with an established record of high quality teaching and research. The candidate should have experience in online and offline teaching.

(A) Eligibility

• Candidates should be Indian citizens and people of Indian origin including NRI/PIO status with Ph.D./FPM (in Management and/or related subject) from universities/institutions of repute from anywhere in the world.
• Candidates must possess minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout their academic profile starting from Higher Secondary examination (class 12 onwards). Board and University Rank Holders will be given preference.
• Those who have submitted their Ph.D/FPM theses and are awaiting award of the degree are also eligible. However, the selection will be effected only after confirmation of award of the Ph.D./FPM degree.
• The preferable upper age limits as on 31st May 2024 for Assistant Professor, Associate Professor are 32 and 45 years respectively.
• The candidate must have a good publication record in high impact factor journals.
• Online teaching experience is necessary with familiarity with new teaching tools.
• Practitioners from the industry with prior teaching experience in offline and online teaching and conversant with the latest teaching tools are encouraged to apply. They must have a PGDM/MBA degree.
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills. Experience with case-based, problem-based, active, or experiential learning preferred.
• Evidence of substantive consulting projects in the field is a plus.

Areas of Opening / Vacancy

(C) Job description: Faculty shall be responsible for:

• Teaching the prescribed subjects.
• Developing pedagogy and course syllabus.
• Developing online subject content.
• Conducting research, MDP, and consultancy.
• Institution building and administrative work of the department.

(D) Remuneration & Perks:

The Regular Faculty will be employed with a salary and allowances, provident fund contribution at parity with AICTE pay scales (7th Pay Commission).
