🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure

✅ Professor

📌 Salary Range: ₹1,59,100 – ₹2,20,200 (Academic Pay Level 14A)
📌 Experience: Minimum 12 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 6 years at Associate Professor level at a reputed institution.
📌 Requirement: Strong research credentials, including publications in Q1-indexed journals and academic leadership experience.

✅ Associate Professor

📌 Salary Range: ₹1,39,600 – ₹2,11,300 (Academic Pay Level 13A2)
📌 Experience: Minimum 6 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 6 years at Assistant Professor level.
📌 Requirement: Excellent research portfolio, proven industry engagement, and curriculum development skills.

✅ Assistant Professor (Grade I)

📌 Salary Range: ₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400 (Academic Pay Level 12)
📌 Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industry experience.
📌 Requirement: Strong academic record, publications in peer-reviewed journals, and potential for academic leadership.

✅ Assistant Professor (Grade II)

📌 Salary Range: ₹57,700 – ₹98,200 (Entry Pay ₹84,700) (Academic Pay Level 10)
📌 Experience: Fresh Ph.D. holders and candidates who have defended their Ph.D. viva voce are eligible.
📌 Requirement: Passion for research, teaching, and industry collaboration. Candidates with publications in Q1-indexed journals will be preferred.
