The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Mastering Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Meta-Analysis is designed to help faculty members, researchers, and PhD scholars enhance their skills in conducting transparent, replicable, and impactful reviews. Through this programme, participants will gain hands-on experience with widely used tools, frameworks, and best practices to design, execute, and publish high-quality SLR and meta-analysis papers.

• Distinguish among Narrative, Systematic, Scoping, and Bibliometric reviews
• Conduct Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR) with transparency and replicability
• Design effective search strategies using Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Boolean operators
• Develop and present PRISMA flow diagrams
• Perform Meta-Analysis using Meta-Essentials (effect sizes, heterogeneity, forest plots)
• Address practical challenges in data extraction and synthesis
