About the School of Engineering & Technology

The School of Engineering and Technology currently has B. Tech programs in Computer Science with honours in Data Science, AI/ML. The curriculum is broad-based with good emphasis on courses in Humanities too. The students are offered opportunity to do minors in areas such as economics, finance, Law, Psychology etc. Our unique curriculum emphasizes applied, experiential learning and trains students to be technically excellent as well as socially responsible. Faculty at Vidyashilp are encouraged to be innovative and are given freedom in teaching and assessment of courses within the broad outlines of a defined syllabus. The faculty are supported and encouraged to excel in research. The school also admits students for PhD. In the next few years, the schools would be expanding both in terms of BTech specializations as well as PhD admissions.

Computer Science: All areas of Computer Science including: AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Software Engineering, Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, High Performance Computing, Networks, Cyber Security, Databases, Cloud & Distributed Computing, Theoretical CS

Mathematics: All areas including: Statistics & Probability, Optimization, Numerical Analysis, Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra

Eligibility
