Organizations today face multiple challenges, including climate change, technological disruptions, demographic shifts, and increasing stakeholder expectations. This Special Issue seeks to advance theoretical and practical understanding of CGHRM by examining how organizations can institutionalize dignity, reciprocity, inclusion, and purpose within HR systems.
