Overview
This special issue explores how Knowledge Management and Artificial Intelligence are converging to transform how organizations create, share, and use knowledge. It focuses on “intelligent knowledge” systems that combine human cognition with AI tools to support ethical, inclusive, purpose-driven innovation. The issue also links these developments to sustainability, ESG commitments, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Detailed Scope
The call welcomes conceptual, empirical, and methodological work on intelligent knowledge systems, human-AI collaboration, generative AI, LLMs, tacit and explicit knowledge, and governance models for ethical AI-enabled knowledge environments. It also highlights transformative leadership, organizational learning, resilience, responsible innovation, democratization of knowledge access, and risks associated with automated knowledge production. Research on how AI can augment rather than replace human expertise is especially relevant.

Submission Information
Submissions are open from 15 January 2026 to 15 June 2026. The review process runs on a rolling basis from June 2026 to October 2026. Authors should follow the journal’s submission guidelines and use the Taylor & Francis submission portal for the journal.
