This Special Issue explores how academics, educators, and researchers can embed a social impact research mindset into their everyday research, teaching, and engagement practices. While business schools are increasingly expected to demonstrate measurable societal impact, many academics continue to face challenges balancing traditional academic performance metrics with real-world impact.
The issue seeks practical, evidence-based, and replicable approaches that help translate institutional ambitions into meaningful societal outcomes.
