Journal of Property, Planning and Environmental Law invites submissions for its Special Issue on The Implications of Artificial Intelligence for Property, Planning and Environmental Law Practice and Processes.

About the Special Issue

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming professional workflows across legal practice, property management, planning, and environmental governance. While AI offers opportunities for greater efficiency and automation, it also raises significant concerns regarding accuracy, accountability, professional liability, ethical use, and the evolving role of human expertise in legal decision-making.

This Special Issue seeks original research examining how AI is reshaping property, planning, and environmental law in both academic and professional contexts. Contributions exploring legal regulation, AI governance, professional education, liability, regulatory processes, and the ethical implications of AI adoption are particularly encouraged.
