About the Special Issue

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming professional workflows across legal practice, property management, planning, and environmental governance. While AI offers opportunities for greater efficiency and automation, it also raises significant concerns regarding accuracy, accountability, professional liability, ethical use, and the evolving role of human expertise in legal decision-making.

This Special Issue seeks original research examining how AI is reshaping property, planning, and environmental law in both academic and professional contexts.
