AI-Driven Personalization: Developing and evaluating adaptive learning systems that tailor professional development to individual needs and workplace demands.
Ethics, Equity & Inclusion: Critically analyzing the ethical, social, and cultural implications of AI in L&D, including potential biases and barriers to inclusive access.
Expertise Development: Investigating how AI influences skill acquisition, knowledge sharing, and the nature of expertise within increasingly automated workplaces.
