Introduction
The Indian sub‑continent’s complex mix of cultural traditions, rapid economic change, demographic diversity, and geopolitical tensions creates unique patterns of conflict at work, in organizations, communities, and across borders. This Special Issue calls for context‑sensitive, empirically grounded research that moves beyond Western frameworks to explore how family‑owned firms, informal work, caste, gender, and collectivist values shape conflict emergence, escalation, and resolution. It links conflict management with UN SDGs by examining its impact on employee well‑being, organizational sustainability, and social cohesion.
