The International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research invites submissions for its Special Issue on Entrepreneurial Ecosystem meets Entrepreneurial Behaviour: Putting the ‘Entrepreneur’ at the Core.

About the Special Issue

This Special Issue explores the intersection of entrepreneurial behaviour and entrepreneurial ecosystems by placing the entrepreneur at the center of ecosystem development. It seeks to understand how entrepreneurs' cognition, decision-making, personality, and behavioural traits shape entrepreneurial ecosystems, while also examining how ecosystem conditions influence entrepreneurial behaviour.

The issue welcomes conceptual, empirical, and methodological research that integrates micro-level behavioural perspectives with macro-level ecosystem approaches. It encourages interdisciplinary studies that develop new theoretical frameworks, methodological innovations, and practical insights into entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial agency, and ecosystem evolution.
