About the Article Collection
Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine invites submissions for its Open Access Article Collection titled "Innovative Approaches to Measuring Occupational Stress and Health Outcomes."
This Article Collection seeks interdisciplinary research that advances the science of measuring occupational stress and its impact on health, wellbeing, and workplace performance. As workplaces become increasingly complex due to technological change, organizational restructuring, staffing shortages, and evolving job demands, traditional models of occupational stress are no longer sufficient to capture the diverse psychological, physiological, and social challenges experienced by today's workforce.
The Collection encourages innovative approaches that improve how occupational stress is defined, measured, and addressed, supporting the development of healthier, more resilient, and sustainable work environments across industries.

Development and validation of innovative occupational stress measurement tools
Ecological momentary assessment, wearable technologies, and digital biomarkers
