Manuscript Submission Deadline: 31 March 2027
The Corporate Governance journal invites high-quality submissions for its Special Issue on Technology, Corporate Governance, and Innovative Management Practices for Sustainable Transformation and Responsible Society.
About the Special Issue
Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics are transforming how organisations govern, innovate, and respond to sustainability challenges. While these technologies can support climate resilience, energy efficiency, job creation, social development, and progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals, they also create new risks involving cybersecurity, privacy, transparency, algorithmic bias, exclusion, and power imbalances.
This Special Issue seeks interdisciplinary and methodologically innovative research examining how technology, corporate governance, and managerial practices can be integrated to support responsible organisations and sustainable societies. Particular attention is given to the internal organisational processes, governance mechanisms, and managerial innovations that enable responsible digital transformation.
