How to Write Your Paper
Think about something you or your colleagues have done recently that was particularly interesting, challenging, or innovative. Start gathering data, images, and references, then write an abstract using the following structure:
📌 Purpose of your paper — 50 words
📌 How, where, and when information was gathered — 50 words
📌 What new things were learned — 50 words
📌 Why these things are important — 50 words
Once happy with your abstract, share it with colleagues — who may wish to co-author — or email it to the Proceedings Editor for comment. Then develop the full paper to 2,000–3,500 words with around 6–10 good quality photographs and simple drawings.
