Explores AI chatbots, virtual assistants for teamwork, performance, well-being (Poirier & Gelin, 2024). Tackles ethical AI/digital challenges for trust, belonging (Qin & Men, 2023). Links to UN SDGs 8 (Decent Work), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), 3 (Health/Well-Being). Novel focus: voice-technology-belonging intersection in digital workplaces. Welcomes all fields/methods: conceptual, review, qualitative, quantitative.
