Rapid advances in digital intelligence technologies are transforming entrepreneurship and small businesses worldwide. Technologies such as generative artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and emerging quantum technologies are reshaping entrepreneurial decision-making, business planning, resilience strategies, and daily business practices.

Generative AI is increasingly becoming a cognitive collaborator for entrepreneurs by supporting information search, idea generation, and decision-making under uncertainty. These technologies offer significant opportunities for resource-constrained SMEs through improved forecasting, better resource allocation, enhanced resilience, and new avenues for innovation.

At the same time, digital intelligence technologies introduce important challenges, including cognitive barriers, perceived risks, distrust, cyber vulnerabilities, privacy concerns, overreliance on AI-driven decisions, and potential inequalities arising from unequal access to advanced technologies. This Article Collection seeks to critically examine both the promises and risks of digital intelligence technologies for entrepreneurship and small businesses.

Original research articles, review papers, and letters are invited. Quantitative studies, mixed-method approaches, and rich interpretive qualitative designs are particularly encouraged.
