𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲

Administrative Theory & Praxis (ATP) has long served as a platform for critical, heterodox, and transformative perspectives in public administration. Rooted in its origins as Dialog (1978), the journal continues its tradition of challenging dominant paradigms and engaging with pressing social, political, and ethical questions.

This Special Issue seeks timely and critical reflections on the ethical, social, and global implications of a second Trump presidency. It aims to foster intellectual dialogue on how public administration theory and practice can respond to challenges involving democracy, social equity, public trust, governance, and justice during a period of significant political polarization.

The issue welcomes contributions that critically examine the administration of public services and goods, explore spaces of hope and resistance, and expand public administration scholarship through comparative and non-Western perspectives.
