About the Article Collection

This Article Collection seeks research that advances neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based approaches to fostering thriving in educational and workplace settings. Moving beyond deficit-focused perspectives, the collection aims to explore how neurodivergent individuals can flourish through inclusive environments, supportive policies, and equitable opportunities across education and employment.

The collection welcomes interdisciplinary contributions examining healthy identity development, inclusive educational and workplace practices, pathways to capability and growth, and the roles of educators, employers, carers, and policymakers in creating environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. It also encourages research addressing cultural, community, and policy contexts that promote equity, inclusion, and long-term wellbeing.
