Overview
This special issue brings together high-quality research on contemporary issues, emerging trends, and new insights in financial markets and institutions. It welcomes theoretical, empirical, and experimental work that advances finance and its intersections with accounting and economics. The scope is broad and includes both foundational and interdisciplinary topics in finance.
Detailed Scope
The call invites submissions on asset pricing, market microstructure, portfolio management, fund management, security analysis, financial markets, financial institutions, financial engineering, financial econometrics, corporate finance, corporate governance, compensation policy, international finance, behavioral finance, insurance and actuarial science, risk management, real estate, financial accounting, and related interdisciplinary research. It is designed to attract work that contributes new knowledge across these areas.
Submission Information
Submissions should be made through APJAE’s Submission Portal, and authors must indicate that the manuscript is for the “Special Issue in Finance.” Papers will be accepted on a rolling basis for six months following the call’s launch and will undergo the journal’s standard peer-review process. Accepted papers will move through the journal’s normal production workflow, with online advanced publication expected in 2027.
