As healthcare systems become increasingly complex, medical education must evolve to prepare professionals who can not only adapt to change but also lead it. This Article Collection focuses on transformative learning, an educational approach that promotes critical reflection, ethical decision-making, adaptability, and the development of healthcare professionals as effective change agents.

The collection welcomes research exploring the theory, practice, and implementation of transformative learning across health professions education.
