About the Doctoral Colloquium
The Doctoral Colloquium 2026 brings together doctoral scholars, early-career faculty, interdisciplinary researchers, and practitioners to engage in deep scholarly dialogue on how business research can meaningfully contribute to the greater good.
In an era shaped by artificial intelligence, sustainability imperatives, digital–physical (phygital) realities, and ethical complexity, this colloquium challenges traditional disciplinary silos and encourages integrative, philosophically informed, and socially relevant research.
The theme “A Philosophical Confluence” reflects a shift from fragmented disciplinary thinking to a holistic understanding of business, technology, ethics, and human experience—reimagining business not merely as an economic system, but as a force for societal well-being.
