ICFIF 2026 Call for Papers: International Conference on Frontiers of Infrastructure Finance at VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur (20–22 November 2026)

The Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM), Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, invites original research papers for the International Conference on Frontiers of Infrastructure Finance (ICFIF 2026), to be held on campus from 20–22 November 2026.

Infrastructure is the engine of development. For most developing nations, and for India in particular, the binding constraint is not demand for infrastructure but the finance available to build it — which is why privatisation and public–private partnership have moved to the centre of the policy conversation. ICFIF 2026 brings researchers, industry, government and policy onto one floor to exchange evidence and build a working roadmap for infrastructure creation and financing in the developing world, with a focus on transport, power, water and emerging sectors. The conference asks where the money comes from, what it costs, who carries the risk, and which instruments move a project from proposal to tarmac.

Submission Guidelines

• IEEE format, Times New Roman 12 pt, double-spaced

• Maximum 5,000 words including tables and figures

• Abstract of 200 words or fewer, plus a title page carrying full author details, affiliation and email

• Track number (01–05) to be named in the covering email; presenting author to be identified

• Submit to: icfif2026@vgsom.iitkgp.ac.in
