About the Conference

The International Conference on Frontiers of Sustainability – Global Responsibility for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (FOS 2026 – GRIE) is organised by the Research Centre, Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai.

The conference aims to bring together global researchers, innovators, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss sustainable strategies for businesses and society. It will facilitate rich interdisciplinary dialogue across areas such as climate change, social equity, digital transformation, sustainable supply chains, responsible finance, and innovation-driven entrepreneurship.

Publication Opportunities

All accepted papers will have an opportunity to be considered for publication in one of the following (subject to editorial and review policies of the respective outlets and quality of the manuscript):

Note: There are no publication charges. Only conference registration fees apply.

Conference Tracks (Indicative)

Submissions are invited, but not limited to, the following broad tracks:

  • Sustainable marketing, consumer behaviour and responsible consumption
  • Green innovation, circular economy and climate change strategies
  • Corporate social responsibility, ESG and responsible finance
  • Sustainable supply chains, operations and digital transformation
  • Workplace well-being, ethical leadership and human resource management
  • Public policy, regulation, governance and social responsibility
  • Impact measurement, sustainability reporting and growth strategies
  • Climate action, low-carbon strategies and sustainable future economies

Both conceptual and empirical contributions that align with the conference theme are welcome.

Submission Types

1. Research Idea Pitch / Doctoral Colloquium (Abstract Format)

  • 3-minute pitch during the conference
  • Word limit: 1,500 words (extended abstract)
  • Format typically covering purpose, design/methodology, approach, findings/expected contribution, limitations/implications and practical/social impact

2. Full Paper Submission (for Scopus Proceedings / Edited Book Series)

  • Word limit: 5,000–6,000 words
  • Usual structure: introduction and problem statement, literature review, methodology, findings, discussion and implications

  • Final Submission of Camera-Ready Paper: 29 December 2025
