The volume examines how higher education crosses borders in the 21st century—shaped by technology, policy, partnerships, and mobility. It is organised around the GATS four modes of supply:

  1. Cross-Border Supply: e-learning, MOOCs, virtual universities
  2. Consumption Abroad: student mobility, exchanges
  3. Commercial Presence: international branch campuses, joint ventures, dual degrees
  4. Movement of Natural Persons: faculty mobility, academic consultancy, teaching abroad

Editorial & Review Process

All submissions will undergo editorial/peer review for scholarly quality, originality, fit with the volume, and practical relevance. Final acceptance is conditional on addressing reviewer/editor feedback and complying with publisher templates, permissions, and ethical standards.
