My areas of specialisation are human resource management and organisational behavior. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD from the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi). I am about to submit my thesis.
I have published my work in peer-reviewed ABDC journals.

I am currently pursuing a PhD from the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. My thesis is titled “Flexible Work Arrangements in the Nursing Profession: A Study on Retention of Gen Y and Gen Z Nurses in India." My research has been well-received within the academic community, with presentations at various national and international conferences. I am on track to submit my dissertation by December 2024. During my doctoral journey, I have published my work in ABDC and peer-reviewed journals. In In addition, I am actively involved in teaching activities, serving as a teaching assistant for resource management, performance management, and compensation management.
