My interest in financial management stems from a deep-seated passion for understanding the intricacies of corporate finance and its impact on organizational performance. As a PhD Candidate at the ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, my research focuses on “Leverage Adjustment Analytics: Effect of Firm-specific and Macroeconomic Conditions on Corporate Capital Structure”. This work analyses how various internal and external factors influence firms’ financial strategies, particularly in emerging markets. My findings can contribute valuable insights to corporate finance, especially in understanding the dynamic nature of capital structures in response to economic conditions.

In addition to my doctoral studies, I hold an MBA with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing, and I am qualified for UGC NET (Management). My corporate experience as the CEO/Managing Director of Nutrient and Care Food and Beverage Services Pvt. Ltd equipped me with practical knowledge and insights into financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance.

Throughout my academic career, I have been committed to teaching and mentorship. As an Assistant Professor at ITM, University, Gwalior, I am teaching courses such as Project Management, Project Management and Entrepreneurship, and Time Series Analysis in MBA and BBA batches. As a Teaching Assistant at ABV-IIITM Gwalior, I have taught various subjects, including Financial Reporting, Financial Management, Project Financing, Corporate Finance, Security Analysis, and Portfolio Management, while emphasizing interactive and real-world learning. I strive to foster critical thinking and analytical skills in my students, encouraging them to engage with complex financial concepts and apply them to real-world scenarios.
