Open Positions and Specializations
Associate Professor:
- Mechanical & Materials Engineering: Carbon-based Manufacturing, Multiphase Flow, Thermoelectric Materials.
- Humanities & Social Sciences: Comparative Indian Literature, Sociology of Infrastructure.
- Indian Knowledge System and Mental Health Applications (IKSMHA) Centre: Cognitive Psychology, Ayurveda, Indian Astronomy, Music Engineering.
Professor:
- Physical Sciences: Photonics.
- Mathematical & Statistical Sciences: Abstract Differential Equations, Mathematical Modelling.
- Management: AI-Based Business Decision Making, Business Analytics.
Eligibility and Qualifications
For Professor:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class in the preceding degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 4 years as Associate Professor.
- Strong research record, Ph.D. supervision, and publications in reputed journals.
For Associate Professor:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class in the preceding degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience, including 3 years as Assistant Professor or equivalent.
- Proven research capability, with publications in high-impact journals.
Salary and Benefits
- Professor: Starting basic pay ₹1,59,100/- (Level 14A, Cell-1).
- Associate Professor: Starting basic pay ₹1,39,600/- (Level 13A2, Cell-1).
- Reimbursement for travel expenses for candidates called for interviews.
